I am so excited to share this weeks interview with you guys!
As most of you know, I have been doing a blog series/interviews every Tuesday for the past few weeks on wedding vendors in the DFW area (click here to see last Tuesdays blog post) and this weeks interview is going to be a good one!
Todays featured guest is the one, the only, Alli of Alli K Deign!

Alli also hosts awesome hand lettering workshops at her chic studio in Dallas. She teaches classes on Modern Calligraphy, water color lettering, brush lettering and she also offers private sessions as well. You can read all about it by clicking here. Make sure to check it out and consider booking a spot in one of her classes, you'll be so glad you did!
"Calligraphy is an art form that uses ink and a brush to express to the very souls of words on paper."
- Kaoru Akagawa
Let's just say, I absolutely adore this girl and you will too!
When I walked into Alli's studio I knew she was a girl after my own heart. Her love for simplicity along with the colors white, black and cacti speaks deep into my creative soul.
While visiting Alli we talked about anything and everything. As we were chatting I could see and feel how sweet and genuine she truly is.
Alli is a true gem and an amazing artist. I am in awe at how her mind thinks and her hand follows, dancing across the paper to make something uniquely beautiful. Seeing her work is a lovely sight to behold. Anyone who works with her will walk away feeling joyful and so in love with their custom creation.
So, now that you know a little bit about my time with Alli, lets get into her interview!

Alli: Alli K was an happy accident. I graduated in May 2009 and while I was looking for a new job and planning my wedding I started picking up calligraphy (I had taken a class earlier that year) I posted a couple of photos on Instagram and did all of my wedding signs, the word got out quick. With a little bit of peer pressure I created an allik insta account and I haven't stopped since!
